FORMER STAFF

These are some of the wonderful former Sylvan staff that you may remember from years past!

She currently teaches Kindergarten at Holmes School in Darien.
ERIN ABLONDI (June 2003)

New Canaan native Erin Ablondi, an education graduate from Bucknell University, first taught for us five years ago.  After only teaching for a short while, Erin got wide-tracked for several years with a family business opportunity, but then in September ’04 decided to return to full-time teaching.  She completed her masters in education through University of Bridgeport and is currently teaching at St. Luke’s School in New Canaan.

TARA SERGO (November 2005)

Tara, a Darien native, was a valuable member of our administrative and teaching support. She was a history major from Gettysburg College.  Tara has several years of experience working with children as a summer camp counselor, and after a few years in the business world has decided to pursue a career in education.

ANNETTE ZOTTOLI (September 2002)

Wilton native Annette Zottoli completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in English Literature and Writing at Fairfield University. She was teaching 10th and 11th grade English at Central High School in Bridgeport before she moved in August '07 to Tennessee with her husband and child.
